I had a great stay at this hotel in Katra. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the main Vaishnodevi start point. It was so convenient to have several eating options nearby, offering a variety of choices. The staff was really helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the registration counter and the start point of the Yatra. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, especially in providing pick up and drop facility to the Yatra's start point. Another advantage was that the hotel had a backup power generator, so we did not face any issues with power cuts during our stay.

The rooms were not up to the mark, with old furniture and a congested space. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel, especially in the lobby and walk-in spaces, were sub-standard.
